Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an experienced and visionary Regional Discipline Leader to drive innovation, growth, and excellence within our Environmental Services discipline for team members located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technical expertise, and team development. This is more than just a management position, it's a chance to influence the direction of our Environmental Services discipline and make a lasting impact on our communities, our clients, and the environment. This position may be based out of our Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, or Exton, Pennsylvania offices, with the option to work in a hybrid arrangement.

In this role, you'll oversee the professional, technical, managerial, marketing, administrative, and financial performance of the Environmental Services discipline across your region. You'll provide strategic direction, champion business development, and ensure operational excellence while leading and mentoring Geographic Discipline Leaders.

Responsibilities:

* Provides leadership, managerial direction and guidance for the region to achieve established goals.
* Directs overall productivity, profitability, client satisfaction and quality of work.
* Responsible for discipline marketing and business development.
* Actively involved in the cross selling of all company services.
* Responsible for billings and collections.
* Works with the geographic discipline leaders on resource sharing and staffing needs.
* Responsible for regional training and staff development.
* Monitor staff utilization regularly and take corrective action if necessary.
* Complies with and ensures others compliance with all CED policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Health and Safety Program.
* Travels (via car or airplane) regularly to the various regions and offices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in related field.
* 20+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in the industry.
* Professional licensure in area of expertise (LSRP, PE, PG)

* Program and Project Management- Possess and demonstrate the ability to lead effectively and efficiently, plan, organize and manage procedures, protocols and/or staff to achieve the desired results of specific projects and/or programs.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
