Responsibilities:
The Regional Distributor Manager is responsible for Sazerac sales activities and distributors, focused on our Alternative Beverage Alcohol (ABA) portfolio. The role will be responsible for the development and implementation of brand programming and KPIs; developing and managing price structures, distributor pricing and margins, scan and DA effectiveness, and competitive price reports.
Additional responsibilities for the Regional Distributor Manager include (job responsibilities may vary by state depending on regulatory and compliance standards for the state):
* Effectively manage multiple distributors to achieve sales activities for the region
* Develop and communicate volume and profit objectives for the region
* Responsible for facilitating solution based sales presentations to targeted regional accounts
* Monitor and ensure the goal attainment is achieved annually and on target
* Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measures for the brand priorities in the region; review results to ensure completion of the KPIs
* Increase regional profitability by increasing depletions, building brands and efficiently pricing the portfolio
* Proactively identify and communicate new brand opportunities
* Responsible for launching and integrating new products into the market
* Seamlessly integrate new brand acquisitions into the region
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
* Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or distributor management experience in alc bev or CPG industry
* 3 years Budgeting, Planning and/or Financial Analysis experience
* Proven success in a leadership role managing multiple states
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
* Willingness to travel
* Must be able to obtain a relevant solicitor's permit in any state
* Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA
* Experience managing multiple distributors
