Regional Discipline Leader - Construction Engineering & Inspection

				Overview:

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Regional Discipline Leader to join our Construction Engineering & Inspection team in Florida! This role will be responsible for the professional, technical, management, marketing, administrative and financial aspects of the Florida team.

Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership, managerial direction, and guidance for the region to achieve established goals.
* Direct overall productivity, profitability, client satisfaction and quality of work.
* Responsible for discipline marketing, business development, billings, and collections.
* Actively involved in the cross selling of all company services.
* Direct and manage the geographic discipline leaders on resource sharing, staffing needs, etc.
* Regional training and staff procurement and development.
* Monitor staff utilization regularly and take corrective action if necessary.
* Comply with and ensure others compliance with all CED policies and procedures.  
* Travel regularly to the various regions and offices.
* Ability to procure and maintain business with FDOT districts, water/wastewater districts, CFX, GMA, counties, cities and municipalities.

Qualifications:

* 20+ years of transportation construction experience required.
* Valid US driver's license required.
* Bachelor degree in construction management or civil engineering.
* Prior FDOT experience required.
* Prior experience effectively managing teams, displaying leadership, and conclusive decision making skills required.
* Ability and willingness to work outdoors on a project site for extended period.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
