Qualifications:

Job Summary
The Regional Director of Dialysis oversees the operational, financial, and clinical performance of multiple dialysis centers within an assigned region. This leadership role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and staff development. The Regional Director drives growth, efficiency, and best practices to optimize dialysis services while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

*  Oversees the daily operations of multiple dialysis centers, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

*  Develops and manages budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective solutions to improve profitability.

*  Analyzes key performance metrics (e.g., census, treatment outcomes, staffing levels) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

*  Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and HIPAA guidelines.

*  Collaborates with medical directors, nurses, and clinical teams to maintain high standards of patient care.

*  Ensures adherence to best practices in dialysis treatment, infection control, and patient safety.

*  Monitors and improves patient outcomes, satisfaction scores, Customer Satisfaction Score (CSS), and quality metrics.

*  Recruits, trains, mentors, and retains high-performing clinical and operational teams.

*  Develops directors and managers to use abilities and talents to accomplish goals.

*  Provides leadership and guidance to facility administrators, nurse managers, and staff.

*  Identifies and develops growth opportunities, including new clinic openings and partnerships with healthcare providers.

*  Drives patient retention and referral programs to increase market share.

*  Works closely with marketing and business development teams to enhance the reputation and visibility of dialysis services.

*  Builds and maintains strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare partners.

*  Serves as a key point of contact for regional healthcare organizations, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.

*  Represents the organization in community outreach and advocacy efforts related to kidney health and dialysis services.

*  Ensures NHSN reporting completed every week for all units.

*  Establishes standards for quality in patient care, in partnership with Operational and Nursing Leadership

*  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 5-8 years

Licenses and Certifications
RN License preferred
Certified Dialysis Nurse preferred

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
