Responsibilities: Summary * Provides leadership, communication, and guidance to all physicians, mid-level providers, clinic team leaders, and staff in assigned clinics, while promoting the values and mission of Forefront Dermatology * Accountable for cultivating clinic leadership, driving operational excellence, and delivering a patient experience that achieves the highest levels of patient satisfaction and retention * Accountable for clinic-level economic profitability and growth by monitoring and analyzing financial performance reports for individual physicians and mid-level providers, as well as clinics overall * Acts as the primary communication liaison between Support Services and clinics, including corporate policy and procedural changes as well as clinic operational protocols * Responsible for clinic staffing functions, partnering with Human Resources on candidate selection and interviewing, performance evaluations, and discipline and development * Effectively oversees multiple clinics (number varies based on clinician/staff count) Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree required. Preference may be given to candidates with education or training in a medical support field such as Medical Assistant, LPN, RN, or BSN. Experience & Requirements * 2 years of work experience in dermatology, 5 years of related work experience, demonstrated excellent team leader experience with Forefront Dermatology, or commensurate experience in a related healthcare setting * Must maintain current status on all applicable state certifications, licenses, and/or registrations * Valid driver's license and driving record that allows for insurability * Familiarity with computers and healthcare software, including: * Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems * Patient scheduling programs * Microsoft Office(r) Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint #INDCHY
