Responsibilities: Summary The Regional Clinic Manager (RCM) is responsible for the overall leadership and operational success of assigned clinics. Key responsibilities include: * Leadership & Communication * Provide guidance and support to physicians, mid-level providers, clinic team leaders, and staff. * Promote and uphold the mission and values of Forefront Dermatology. * Cultivate strong clinic leadership and a collaborative work environment. * Operational Excellence & Patient Experience * Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care that leads to exceptional patient satisfaction and retention. * Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and support process improvements. * Financial Performance & Growth * Monitor and analyze financial performance of individual providers and clinics as a whole. * Drive clinic-level profitability and sustainable growth. * Communication Liaison * Act as the primary point of contact between Support Services and clinics. * Communicate corporate policies, procedural updates, and operational protocols effectively. * Staffing & Human Resources * Collaborate with HR on candidate selection, interviewing, and hiring. * Conduct performance evaluations, manage disciplinary actions, and support staff development. * Multi-Clinic Oversight & Travel * Manage multiple clinics of varying size and complexity through on-site and remote oversight. * Travel regularly as required to support clinic needs. Qualifications: Education Successful completion of a medical support field such as Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN, with preference given to BSN. Experience & Requirements * Minimum of two years of work experience in dermatology or five years of related healthcare experience. * Alternatively, demonstrated strong team leadership experience within Forefront Dermatology or commensurate leadership experience in a healthcare setting. * Must maintain all required state certifications, licenses, and/or registrations. * Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets insurability standards. * Proficiency with computers and healthcare software, including: * Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems * Patient scheduling programs * Microsoft Office(r) Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Forefront will never request personal information, such as your social security number or banking information, via text or email.
