				Responsibilities:
Location: TX (HOUSTON - SAN ANTONIO - AUSTIN - DALLAS)
The Regional Account Manager - South will be responsible for driving distribution, programming, and volume growth of the Sazerac portfolio at the following key accounts within the TX market including: Spec's Wine & Spirits, Twin Liquor, Goody-Goody, WB Liquors, Pinkie's and HEB Grocery.

Key Responsibilities (job responsibilities may vary by state depending on regulatory and compliance standards for the state):

* Deliver assigned volume and share growth exceeding the annual plan by helping assigned retailers grow their spirits/beer/wine/non-alcohol categories with total Sazerac portfolio
* Call on and develop relationships with assigned retailers that drive results against all assigned KPI's, including execution, distribution and programming through all levels of stakeholders
* Understand and integrate retailer specific strategies and standards with Sazerac priorities, as defined and aligned to within a multi-year JBP process
* Wire closely with key personnel in TX distribution network, ensuring full strategic & operational alignment across all 3 Tiers and delivering executional excellence on all retailer initiatives   
* Develop tools and processes that lead to insights and actions that ultimately deliver against assigned KPI's
* Secure, understand and utilize national and state level pricing standards and deviations for use with strategic account presentations and execution compliance.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
* Minimum 5 years in Sales Management or National?key Accounts
* Category Insight/Analytics experience, including proficiency with internal & external data sources
* Ability to define and execute sales strategy, supported by proven results
* Keen problem-solving skills; ability to achieve objectives despite adversity
* Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, across multiple customers
* A valid driver's license
* Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
* Willingness to travel 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years experience in alc bev industry
* Off premise experience in large or small format channel

The salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
