Responsibilities:
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular retail store visits to coach and train sales representatives through role plays, side-by-side selling, and performance feedback to drive revenue growth.
* Lead and support local marketing initiatives, retailer table events, and in-store campaign execution while ensuring compliance with Gen Mobile brand standards.
* Deliver local and regional training sessions for dealers, master agent partners, and internal teams to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer escalations, providing timely issue resolution and proactive daily outreach to improve store performance.
* Partner with store owners and master agent representatives to implement strategic sales plans, drive accountability, and exceed territory sales quotas.
* Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Gen Mobile products and services, as well as the multi-carrier competitive landscape, to effectively support distribution and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven wireless sales experience required; indirect channel or prepaid experience strongly preferred.
* Bilingual Spanish required; Mandarin proficiency a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment and adapt quickly to change.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly address and resolve escalations during retail business hours.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel across regions to support trainings and teams.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to groups and providing consultative sales and marketing guidance both independently and collaboratively.
