Overview: The In-Home Services field professionals lead all field operations and thousands of technicians across nearly 100 facilities across the country. Devoted to building a collaborative and committed group of employees who manage inventory, fleet and performance - IHS is the driving force that connects our customers with the industry's best products and services for DISH. Responsibilities: This inspirational leader will ensure a high level of profitability, overall customer service/satisfaction, adequate staffing levels, training, internal and external business growth, and maximize asset utilization in order to achieve company goals. This position also plays a critical role in further developing the company, every single day. Key Responsibilities: * Directing P&L responsibilities and managing spending and inventory control within the territory assigned * Achieving installation, customer service, and performance metric goals for the territory assigned * Working autonomously in a fast paced environment, taking the initiative, managing multiple projects, and working to find solutions under tight time frames * Overseeing all hiring, training and supervision of employees, as well as performance management, performance metrics, customer feedback, site visits, personal and team observations and feedback within the territory * Traveling to meet and collaborate with team members and attend company meetings, functions, and training * Coaching, leading, and mentoring multiple levels of the organization on a continuous basis Qualifications: Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree coupled with five plus years related District/Regional Operations experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered Skills and Qualifications: * Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills * Flexible; able to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth oriented and time-critical environment, across a given market (500+ indirect reports) * Ability to travel 50-75% of the time * Ability to respond, interact, and collaborate with all levels of the organization * A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required * A background check and drug test will also be performed as part of pre-employment requirements Visa sponsorship not available for this role * Pathfinder Qualifications: * No final consultations within 90 days of date of application * Employees with workplace relationships must not work in the same management chain * Maximum of 5 active Pathfinder applications at once * Favorable PA score * Supervisor supports your application * Hourly employees in position for 6+ months: SE employees 1+ year
