Responsibilities:

The Region Manager - FL, GA, SC, TN, KY, AL, MS is accountable for delivering the company's sales, commercial, and executional objectives across a seven-state territory. This role requires a proven commercial leader with strong communication skills, the ability to influence across organizations, and a consistent track record of winning in complex markets.

The Region Manager will lead regional strategy and execution while developing all aspects of the business through close partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders, including distributors, brokers, and key accounts.

Location: Tampa, Orlando, or Miami, FL
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver annual sales goals with strong execution: Own day-to-day regional sales execution to consistently achieve volume, NSV, and KPI targets.
* Lead and motivate internal and external partners: Provide clear direction and ongoing communication to sales teams, distributors, brokers, and key accounts to drive alignment and results.
* Build and sustain critical market relationships: Develop strong partnerships with state agencies, distributors, and key customers to expand market share and accelerate growth.
* Own executional KPIs by state: Drive performance across shelf, display, advertising, distribution, menu, and back-bar metrics; course-correct quickly when gaps emerge.
* Execute successful innovation launches: Lead in-market execution of new products, ensuring distribution, visibility, and alignment to sales objectives.
* Ensure inventory readiness: Partner with the Sazerac Bailment team to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support uninterrupted sales execution.
* Manage state-level budgets effectively: Allocate resources strategically to maximize ROI while staying within approved budget parameters.
* Identify and act on growth opportunities: Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics; move quickly to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
* Deliver volume and Net Sales Value targets: Maintain consistent performance against annual goals across all states in the region.
* Operate with an Owner's mindset: Take full accountability for regional performance, making disciplined, data-driven decisions to drive sustainable results.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

* Bachelor's degree

* 5+ years of sales and/or distributor management experience within the Alcohol Beverage or CPG industry

* 5+ years leading and driving performance across high-performing, multi-level teams

* Proven ability to hire, develop, motivate, and lead teams

* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels, from field teams to executive leadership

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions

* Demonstrated negotiation, influencing, and follow-through skills

* Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively with supplier, distributor, and broker partners

* Valid driver's license

* Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred:
* National Key Account experience in Off-Premise and/or On-Premise channels

* Experience managing luxury or premium spirits portfolios

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand for extended periods of time

* Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds without assistance

* Ability to ascend and descend stairs

* Ability to drive and visit multiple accounts in a single day

* Strong verbal communication capability
