Overview: Do you live in or around Swindon? We are looking for a Temporary Night Shift Refrigeration Case Cleaning role for a minimum 3 month contract - do you wish to work within a progressive, forward-thinking company? If so, we may have the perfect position for you. * Salary: 34,034 per annum (Including Night shift allowance: 3,595 per annum) * 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays * Additional earnings available through enhanced overtime rates * 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets (historically paid out) * Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card * Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE Responsibilities: Your role will be to assist within part of a team carrying out refrigerated cabinet cleaning requirements throughout an allocated area to agreed standards. Responsibilites include, but are not limited to: * Carrying out the cleaning of refrigerated cabinets * Flexibility to work during customer busy periods (Xmas, Easter etc) * Removal and replacement of back plates and base shelves * Using jet washes to clean equipment * Using vacuums to unblock drains * Completing daily audit of location Qualifications: To be successful in this role you will have: * Previous experience of refrigeration case and unit cleaning in a commercial environment or experience of industrial cleaning (training of refrigeration cleaning can be provided) - essential * Basic refrigeration maintenance ability - an advantage but not essential Other Factors: * The post holder must be able to work flexibly as required by business needs and will require a full UK/EU driver's license. * Sunday - Thursday When you join us you will also receive: * Matched contribution Pension scheme of 4.5% up to 6% * Health Cash Plan & Life Assurance * Cycle to Work Scheme * Discounts, vouchers, and financial aid programs * Refer a Friend reward scheme * Funded Training Sponsorship Scheme * Access to state-of-the-art training academy At Arcus we are passionate about individual development which is why we are proud to offer industry leading Learning & Development opportunities to our colleagues.
