We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Intern to create, launch and publish throughout our various social channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook. The Recruitment Marketing Intern's responsibilities include promoting our content on social media. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic toward social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

* Work alongside our recruiting team to create a plan for social media strategies
* Aid in the daily aspects of promoting career opportunities
* Interact with followers and potential employees by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages
* Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on social media websites
* Help create content and assist with developing monthly editorial calendar

Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of social media experience required
* Familiar with multi-social posting
* Entry level experience determining how to create digital marketing campaigns to a targeted audience
