Qualifications:
The Recruiting/Human Resources intern works as an apprentice under the direction of theRecruiting Manager and is responsible for functions needed in the Employee Services Department. The Recruiting/Human Resources intern will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Company. Other key responsibilities include:
* Provides support with recruiting efforts by reviewing applicant resumes, creating interview questions, conducting phone screens, and onboarding
* Communicate with candidates during the entire process
* Meet with hiring managers to determine recruiting needs
* Responsible for initiating back ground checks, paper work, and references
* Assist with implentation of projects
* Review and audit job postings on website
* Other duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications
Entry Level: Requires 0-1 years' experience and HS Diploma or equivalent
Physical requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus.
