Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses. Located at our main campus in Red Hook, NY, this position is responsible for managing all aspects of the full-cycle recruitment process. They will work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creatively source for open positions, and develop proactive recruiting techniques and programs that are consistent with Devereux's mission, goals, core values and image. The Recruiter will evaluate candidates' experience and qualifications, and pre-screen candidates to determine a fit for operational needs. They will identify alternate applicant sources, analyze the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, as well as opportunities for maximizing financial and human resources. The Recruiter will also develop job postings and recruitment materials for use in local and national markets, enhance resource/source relations, research certification/reciprocity requirement for designated professional roles, and establish and maintain recruitment networks. In addition, they will contribute to building the Center's and Devereux's reputation as a quality employer through positive, professional interactions with candidates and will effectively and consistently utilize iCIMS to manage applicant data, and monitor outcomes and recruitment activities. 

Salary: (commensurate with education and experience)

With Bachelors: $22.50 - $24.07 per hour

With Masters: $23.50 - $25.14 per hour

Qualifications:

Education: BA/BS or 3+ years of H.R. experience, preferably in recruiting.

Experience: Preferred experience includes a minimum of two years high-volume recruitment, preferably in a behavioral healthcare / human service environment. Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate sourcing, including internet mining, cold calling and direct recruiting, as well as superior customer services skills.  Requires ability to effectively partner with operations staff, and strong project management and analytical skills.  Must be able to work effectively in a fast changing environment.
