				Overview:

Icon is looking for a Records Management Associate to work office based in Indianapolis, IN. This is an administrative type position that manages the Records Center's incoming/outgoing documents and files. Position is full time and requires multi-tasking, communication and organizational skills, along with attention to detail. 

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities 

* Handle incoming/outgoing documents (submissions or retrievals)
* Scan incoming/outgoing documents into system
* Archive inactive records-pack cartons, index, entry into electronic system, request for pick up.
* Import of Technical Reports into system 
* Create eLab notebooks and databinders
* Process electronic documents - move from one electronic storage area to another.
* Process paper documents to electronic and upload into proper system 
* Retrieve document from library or third party Record Center for paper records, from electronic location for electronic records.
* File documents according to procedures (chronological order by date, newest on top)

Qualifications:

Qualifications

* Computer knowledge required
* Data Entry @40wpm
* Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
* Records Management or similar background (not required)
* Communication Skills 
* Minimum of High School graduate or GED equivalent
