Receptionist - Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)

Location: Warwick, NY
Compensation: $20.00 per hour (starting rate)
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
(Flexible scheduling available within office hours)

We are seeking a receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support daily administrative tasks. This position offers a flexible daytime schedule and is a great opportunity for individuals seeking reliable work during standard business hours.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
* Perform general clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
* Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
* Enter and maintain customer and order information in company systems
* Utilize Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel) for daily administrative tasks
* Perform basic math calculations as needed
* Provide administrative support to staff and management
* Assist with special projects and cross-departmental tasks as needed

Qualifications:

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365
* Minimum working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet navigation)
* High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and invoicing
* Ability to perform basic math functions
* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn
* Previous experience in an office, receptionist, or invoicing role is a plus, but not required (training provided)
