Receptionist - Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)

Location: Warwick, NY
Compensation: $20.00 per hour (starting rate)
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
(Flexible scheduling available within office hours)

We are seeking a receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support daily administrative tasks. This position offers a flexible daytime schedule and is a great opportunity for individuals seeking reliable work during standard business hours.

Responsibilities:

* Greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
* Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
* Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
* Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Use Office 365 for daily tasks.
* Complete basic math tasks as needed.
* Provide general administrative support to office staff and management.
* Assist and take on responsibility for varying projects and tasks with varying departments as needed.

Qualifications:

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Basic computer proficiency including Office 365.
* Ability to perform simple math.
* Is a Team- Player-reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
* Previous office or receptionist experience is helpful but not required; training provided.
