				Responsibilities:

The Receptionist - Officer Services will be responsible for delivering a professional front desk experience while ensuring consistent office operations support. This role serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, team members, and vendors, and manages time-sensitive processes including badge security, mail and package handling, and administrative workflows. You will ensure service standards are met, front desk coverage is maintained, and operational tasks are completed timely and accurately. 

Priorities

* World class customer service 

Ensure the front desk is consistently staffed during core hours and deliver a professional, welcoming experience for all visitors and team members. Process incoming packages, mail, and IT equipment in a timely and organized manner, ensuring communication and distribution standards are met. 

* Security Project For The Company 

Maintain full accountability of badges and access controls, ensuring accurate issuance, tracking, and reconciliation. 

* Culture Development 

Support office operations through coordination of requests, communication with stakeholders, and proactive issue identification.

Qualifications:
MUST
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-3 years of customer-facing or administrative experience
* Experience managing multiple tasks in a service-oriented role

PREFERRED

* Associate's degree or higher
* Experience in office services, facilities, or receptionist roles
* Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., servicenow)
* Experience supporting administrative or operational workflows

Physical Requirements

* In-person job attendance required
* Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
* Ability to sit or stand at the front desk for extended periods
* Ability to maintain attentiveness in a customer-facing environment
