				Overview:

Enterprise Mobility is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, friendly and outgoing person to be the first person in contact with our customers, vendors and visitors. The ideal candidate will posses a positive attitude, excellent organizational and customer service skills, and a professional demeanor.  

Location: This position will be working in our administrative office located at 1050 N. Lombard Road, Lombard IL 60148

Compensation: The starting rate of pay for this position ranges from $19/hour to $22 / hour. An employee's rate of pay within the salary range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs.

Schedule: This position will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a multi-line phone in an expedient, energetic and efficient manner 
* Greet and direct guests to proper department while maintaining visitor log 
* Execute various administrative duties including; accounts payable, report generation, clerical duties as needed 
* Assist other departments with various administrative duties on an as needed basis
* Receive and distribute mail and packages
* Maintain conference room calendars as well as lobby and conference room appearance
* Update and maintain the Group/Regional phone list
* Interact with all levels of management
* Filing & other general clerical/administrative duties
* Special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including but not limited to distributing mail, FedEx packages, etc.

* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation on driving record in the last 3 years
* Must have 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have a high school diploma or a GED
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
* Beginner level or above proficiency with Microsoft Office software including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
