				Overview:

Enterprise Mobility is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, friendly and outgoing person to be the first person in contact with our customers, vendors and visitors. The ideal candidate will posses a positive attitude, excellent organizational and customer service skills, and a professional demeanor.  Apart from religious observances, the ideal candidate will be able to work a full-time schedule (40 hours) Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

*  Manage a multi-line phone in an expedient, energetic and efficient manner 

*  Greet and direct guests to proper department while maintaining visitor log 

*  Execute various administrative duties including; accounts payable, report generation, clerical duties as needed 

*  Assist other departments with various administrative duties on an as needed basis

*  Receive and distribute mail and packages

*  Maintain conference room calendars as well as lobby and conference room appearance

*  Update and maintain the Group/Regional phone list

*  Interact with all levels of management

*  Filing & other general clerical/administrative duties

*  Special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed

*  Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including but not limited to distributing mail, FedEx packages, etc.

Qualifications:

* Must have a High School diploma or GED
* Some college preferred

* Must have a minimum of 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience in a corporate office setting.
* Must be willing to accept the starting hourly rate of $17.50/hr
* Must have excellent PC skills and intermediate or higher level of proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. 
* No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* Must live within a reasonable commute of 40 minutes or less from our location at: 10735 David Taylor DR Ste 400, Charlotte, NC 28262
