Responsibilities:

About This Position
 
Serves as Receptionist to the Home Care, Hospice and Infusion services. Answers calls in a courteous and tactful manner. Screens all calls and answers routine patient inquiries. Performs all clerical duties related to operation and maintenance of the department. Major duties are listed; however, at times the Receptionist may be assigned to other duties. Multi-line phone system. Knowledge of computer operations and data entry. 
 
 
 
Selection Criteria
 
Previous Home Health experience desired. High school graduate or equivalent. Types 50-60 wpm Knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to convey helpful and courteous manner over telephone Must speak and understand English Must have legible handwriting and read and write in English Bilingual in Spanish helpful, but not required

Qualifications:
