Full time On Site Receiving, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management employee

Manufacturing facility looking for an experienced Receiving, Inventory and Warehouse Management employee for facility and equipment. Position is Full Time.

Full Time benefits include:

Salary: Starting $22/hr

Responsibilities:

The Receiving, Inventory/ Warehouse management employee is responsible for overseeing the arrival, delivery, and storage of all products, inventory, and supplies at Catsmo. Employee will be responsible for maintaining a perpetual inventory within the ERP system, controlling the flow of supplies and goods within the business including; the optimization of inventories for raw material, WIP, supplies, packaging and finished goods in order for the business to fulfill all orders, maintain proper inventory levels, and ensure all products are being stored according to federal regulations. Must be able to use a forklift, pallet jack and lift 50+ lbs. 

General Accountabilities but not limited to:

Warehouse Organization & Storage Activities

* Identifying all inventory: including packaging supplies, raw materials, finished goods, and any other product that may be used on site.
* Proper labeling and utilization of FIFO for products in freezers, refrigeration units, dry storage, and external shipping containers.
* Maintenance of general storage procedures, updating storage procedures as necessary, and maintaining a strong floor plan of product organization.
* Regular communication with Food Safety and Vice President to ensure all storage policies and procedures are being met.
* Maintaining equipment/machinery as necessary.

Receiving Activities

* Checking orders to ensure quantity and quality specifications.
* Sign delivery receipts.
* Accepting the delivery of inventory and updating in real time ERP system at the time of arrival.

Inventory Control

* Maintaining veracity of perpetual inventory (cycle counts, organized full count inventory on a monthly basis).
* Setting up the minimum levels of inventories and re-order levels.
* Organize a replenishment process, managing inventory list, adjusting ERP system in real time as necessary.

Other Duties To Be Preformed Include: 

* Participation in daily managers meeting
* Various Seafood Certifications
* Communication with necessary departments regarding late deliveries.
* Responsible for the outside plant site appearance.

Only candidates with relative experience of a minimum two years will be considered.
