Responsibilities:
* Review and assess documented recalls to determine impact across Novant Health facilities and departments
* Create detailed documentation and distribute notifications to appropriate internal stakeholders and responders
* Coordinate vendor returns, product destruction, and credit reconciliation processes
* Maintain and update SharePoint sites, electronic databases, and hard copy documentation related to recalls and product issue reporting
* Support internal caregiver-reported product concerns to help protect patient and clinician safety
* Assist in driving and growing recall and compliance programs through process improvement and standardization efforts
* Maintain strong focus on regulatory compliance, safety initiatives, and operational accuracy
* Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and departments throughout the organization
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree required, (preferably in: Finance, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Value Analysis, or related field)
Experience:
* Minimum of three years of experience in supply chain purchasing, value analysis, contract management, recall coordination, infection control, risk management, or related healthcare operations preferred
* Previous project management experience strongly preferred

* Strong organizational and time management abilities with minimal supervision
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Working knowledge of medical and contract terminology
* Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
* Experience maintaining databases in Microsoft Excel or Access
* Familiarity with information systems and database management
* Understanding of FDA recall processes and organizational risk mitigation
* Ability to identify impacted stakeholders and coordinate appropriate response actions
