				Overview:

* Ability to lift heavy bags in excess of 50+ pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation
* Able to work outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions
* Thorough understanding of ramp procedures

* Required knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures

* Familiar with partner dedicated computer system
* This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position

Responsibilities:

* Requires one year of commercial airline ramp experience and one year of supervisory experience
* Be at least 18 years old
* Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license
* Have a High School Diploma or GED
* Position-specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs clearances required
* Able to pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen
* Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
* Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
* Demonstrate strong people and employee-relation skills
* Self-motivated / goal-oriented
* Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications:

As a SkyWest Ramp Supervisor, you will be given the opportunity to lead by example, set a positive work atmosphere for your department, and promote our guiding principles.

This position will be core or year round.

This is a full-time position. 

Starting at $20 an hour.

* Work closely with other supervisors to maintain a consistent standard and environment for our employees

* Develop, supervise, and oversee ramp agents

* Provide direction, guidance, and positive motivation for all station personnel

* Ensure compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures

* Constantly promote TEAMWORK to achieve station goals

* Attend company training classes

* Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel
