As a Radiology Technologist, you'll play a vital role in diagnosing complex spinal conditions and supporting world-class treatment plans.Your imaging expertise will help guide surgeons, specialists, and patients on the path to healing-one precise scan at a time.
* Schedule: Full Time, Days 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Department: Novant Health Spine Injury & Pain Clinic
* Location: Advance, NC - Bermuda Run
What You'll Do:
* Perform high-quality, spine-focused diagnostic imaging (X-ray, fluoroscopy, and more).
* Collaborate with neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine specialists, and advanced practice providers.
* Support pre- and post-operative imaging needs and follow-up diagnostic assessments.
* Educate and reassure patients during procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
* Maintain clinical documentation, support workflow, and contribute to a smooth, efficient patient experience.

Qualifications:
Education: High School or GED required. Graduate of an accredited Radiology program or a certified/ accredited/JCERT hospitalbased program and credentialed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Experience: Two years experience in diagnostic radiology required.
Licensure/Certification: ARRT required.
Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Thorough knowledge of radiographic equipment and accessories. Analytical ability and basic computer skills. Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s) age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Good communication skills, capable of functioning alone in diagnostic rooms, working knowledge of various types of x-ray equipment, able to adapt to various situations and procedures.
