What We're Looking For:
* ARRT (R) certification in Radiography required (new grads within 6 months of hire)
* Prior acute care experience preferred
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:
* Education: Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program. Certification required within 6 months of hire post-graduation from an accredited Radiology Program, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of one year experience in diagnostic radiology, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: ARRT certification in Radiography - RT(R), required. Applicable state licensure as required. Post-graduates from an accredited Radiology Program with be required to pass their ARRT registry within 6 months of completing program, required.
* Additional Skills (required):
* Applies principles of ALARA to minimize radiation exposure to patient, self, and others.
* Demonstrates current knowledge of federal and state radiation safety laws.
* Properly utilizes personnel monitoring devices.
* Ensures proper equipment performance and schedules maintenance for emergent needs.
* Properly operates radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
* Independently performs radiographic and non-interpretive fluoroscopic procedures, including intraoperative and mobile procedures, as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
* Assists a licensed practitioner in the performance of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, including all intraoperative and mobile procedures including the following: ERCP's, bronchoscopy, mini-c-arms, post reductions.
* Mobile imaging including lines and pacers and neonates.
