Novant Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, emergency room, fluoroscopy, portables, and operating rooms. This role works independently and with physicians/APCs to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.

What You'll Do
* Prepare and position patients for diagnostic and therapeutic radiology procedures.
* Perform radiographic and non-interpretive fluoroscopic procedures, including intraoperative and mobile exams.
* Assist licensed practitioners with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures (e.g., ERCPs, bronchoscopy, mini C-arms, post-reductions).
* Perform mobile imaging, including lines, pacers, and neonatal imaging.
* Ensure proper operation of radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
* Monitor equipment performance and arrange for maintenance as needed.
* Apply ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure to patients, staff, and self.
* Comply with all federal and state radiation safety laws and proper use of monitoring devices.
* Contribute to a safe patient environment guided by the principle of "First Do No Harm."
Education & Experience
* Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program (required).
* Certification required within 6 months of graduation from an accredited Radiology Program (required).
* Associate degree in Radiography (preferred).
* Minimum of 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience (preferred).
Licensure & Certifications
* ARRT certification in Radiography - RT(R) (required).
* Applicable state licensure (required).
* Post-graduates must pass ARRT registry within 6 months of completing program (required).
