Radiologic Technologist - St. Bernardine Medical Center
St. Bernardine Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our Imaging Department. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and department standards. You will ensure high-quality images are captured to assist physicians in accurate diagnosis and treatment, while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine radiographic exams using standard radiologic techniques and equipment
* Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed
* Assist with scheduling, documentation, and daily workflow coordination within the department
* Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff to provide a compassionate and supportive care experience
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate image interpretation

Qualifications:
* One year experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital setting preferred.
* Graduate of school of Radiologic Technology required.
* California Radiology Technology license (C.R.T) required.
* BLS (Basic Life Support)
* California Radiologic Technology fluoroscopy permit (CRT).
* American Registry of Radiologic technology license (A.R.R.T) preferred
* Knowledge of anatomy physiology physics and radiographic positioning techniques required.
* Knowledge of radiation safety protocols required.
