Overview: Novant Health is seeking a Radiology Operations Assistant to assist physicians in performing diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the x-ray equipment in order to obtain diagnostic images. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma required. * Experience: Experience in healthcare environment preferred. * Licensure/certification/registration: CPR preferred. * Additional skills required: Data entry and manipulation skills. Ability to solve problems on an independent basis. Ability to multitask. Medication training - competency and training will be required, which will be validated upon completing of the mandatory on-line medication training module.
