Overview: UnityPoint Clinics Rad Tech - Clinical Care Ankeny Express Care Ankeny, IA Monday-Friday - 3 x 12 hour shifts 8AM-8PM + weekend/holiday rotation Full-time + benefits $5,000 sign on bonus! Responsibilities: The Radiologic Technologist (Clinical Care Attendant) supports efficient patient care and clinic operations in our fast-paced Express Care Clinic in Waukee, IA. This hybrid role combines front and back office responsibilities with diagnostic imaging, working closely with Providers and clinical staff to deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. * Perform diagnostic imaging and operate radiologic equipment following safety protocols * Conduct quality control checks and ensure radiation protection standards are met * Check in patients, verify information, and collect/update medical history * Room patients, take vital signs, and assist with clinical documentation * Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms; sterilize instruments as needed * Relay messages between patients and Providers; assist with paperwork and patient communications * Maintain logs and clinic records, including equipment and medication checks Qualifications: * Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiologic technology * ARRT certified or eligible; Iowa limited x-ray permit required * BLS and Mandatory Reporter certifications (required) * Valid driver's license (if job duties require travel)
