Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative RPA Developer to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions, primarily using UiPath. Experience with UiPath Document Understanding is highly preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is a strong plus. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about AI Agents and automation, who is eager to contribute to transformative technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements
* Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions for performance and scalability
* Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and operational support materials
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation strategies
* Provide production support, including monitoring and resolving incidents related to RPA workflows
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security, compliance, and governance of automation solutions
Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of professional experience in RPA development
* Strong proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components)
* Preference for experience with UiPath Document Understanding
* Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus
* Enthusiasm for AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies
* Broader software development experience (e.g., .NET, C#, VB or Python) is a plus
* Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and web services integration
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred
