Responsibilities:

The Transition RN Fellowship at Community Hospital prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit.  Our next RN Transition Fellowship program start date will begin March 16th, 2026. Candidates must have at least 1 year of acute care RN experience  to be eligible for this program.  Positions are limited and early application is encouraged. Application period is open December 1st 202​5  and will closed when a sufficient number of applicants have been received.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required.
* Registered Nurse with current CA License in good standing
* American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider 
* American Heart Association - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 
* Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(14) months and with at least a "Meets" standards on the last 2 performance evaluations.
