Responsibilities:
RN Transition Program - Emergency Room, Beginning September 29th, 2025.
The Transition RN Fellowship at Northridge Hospital Medical Center prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit. Positions are limited and early application is encouraged. Application period is open May 1st 2025 through May 14th at 11:59PM (ONLY).

Qualifications:
Required
* Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting required.
* Graduate of Accredited RN school of Nursing required.
* Completion of an approved Basic Arrhythmia course prior to the start of the transition program (unless otherwise agreed upon by Unit Director and Education department to complete during the program) or
* Registered Nurse with current CA License and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider card required.
* ACLS, PALS (per unit requirements)
* Successful completion of a formal Dignity Health interview process; the overall scoring of the interview consensus will be taken into consideration in determining the selection of candidate(s).
* Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(12) months and with at least a "Meets" standards on the last 2 perfomance evaluations.
