RN Team Leader Dialysis

				Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provides leadership support to the overall operations of the dialysis department in order to provide defined patient care services which meet IH's standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

Associates degree in Nursing

2 of the most recent 4 years experience providing dialysis in an acute care setting

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

BLS 

One of the following: 

* Current Alabama RN license
* Current Multi State RN license in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama*

*Infirmary Health abides by the NLC requirements and guidelines for the state of Alabama.

Desired Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
