Starting Wage: $34.35/hour We're hiring experienced RNs & new grads for our Inpatient Surgical Unit! As an RN, you'll be a vital part of our team, utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care for diverse surgical patients. You'll champion patient recovery, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to a supportive learning environment. What You'll Do: * Provide holistic care for pre- and post-operative surgical patients. * Collaborate with surgeons and specialists for optimal outcomes. * Model best practices and uphold high clinical standards. Skills Needed: * Strong clinical skills in surgical care. * Organizational and crisis management abilities. * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Qualifications: * Education: Nursing degree (BSN preferred). * Licensure: ND or compact state RN license. * Experience: All experience levels welcome - new grads encouraged!
