* Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients

* Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.

Qualifications:

Required

* Current California Registered Nurse license CA RN
* Registered Nurse 's without previous Emergency Department experience will be considered on an individual basis provided they successfully complete the Emergency Department Orientation and Training program
* Basic Life Support - CPR BLS within 30 Days
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS, within 30 Days 
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS, within 30 Days

Preferred

* Previous Emergency Departmentexperience preferred
* Trauma Nurse Core Course TNCC
