Overview: POSITION SUMMARY: The RN Prompt Care protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the registered nurse licensure. Collaborating with providers and multi-disciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Mentors assigned team members and promotes best practices. Maintains professional disposition at all times. Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: Associates * Licensure/ Certifications: RN - Registered Nurse American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers) * Other: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: BSN * Experience: Prompt Care or Emergency Department * License/Certifications: ACLS OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
