The Mountain Region RN Policy Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the implementation and ongoing management of clinical and non-clinical policies. The RN Policy Coordinator works directly with corporate and clinical personnel in preparing and/or maintaining policy and procedure documentation; translates policy specifications into compliant and comprehensive documentation; educates associates regarding policy and procedure requirements; edits, maintains, and tracks completion of compliance related policies and procedures; acts as the system administrator of electronic platform for region-wide policy and procedure management; and develops and delivers notices of new policies and policy changes to intended associates.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

* Bachelor Degree (BSN), Required
* Current state nursing license or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
* 3 years Nursing experience
* Demonstrated experience in overseeing projects, tasks, and attention to detail required
* Must be able to write policies and procedures in an easily understood manner along with
incorporating compliance and regulatory requirements into documents
* Ability to translate legal, regulatory, compliance, and credentialing information into
understandable and applicable policies and procedures required
* Excellent computer and web-based application skills
