Responsibilities: As our Pediatric Nurse at California Hospital Medical Center you'll begin each shift by taking report from a nursing teammate before making your rounds. You'll provide continued care and perform procedures as detailed in the care plan. Our transitional fellowship programs have been created to assist in the professional development of nurses who have more than 12 months of nursing experience, yet have not worked in acute care, have had a break from acute care or are seeking to change specialties in nursing. Positions are limited and early application is encouraged. PROGRAM BEGINS MARCH 3, 2025 Qualifications: * Minimum one (1) year current registered nursing experience required * Registered Nurse with current California License required. * Current AHA BLS,AHA PALS * Additional Certifications to be required based on department requirements. * Must be able to complete entire program with perfect attendance record * Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing the first 12 weeks of residency * Must be able to work or train on either night or day shifts, including holidays * Must agree to the terms and conditions of the program.
