Responsibilities:

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

* Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients.
* Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with healthcare providers.
* Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.
* Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately.
* Works collaboratively with physician. Reviews orders. Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings.
* Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.

Qualifications:

Required

* Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Newborn ICU.  Other candidates to be considered on an individual basis and attributes
* Registered Nurse: CA
* Basic Life Support - CPR
* Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 90 Days

Preferred

* Stable Program
* Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing
