Responsibilities:

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. * Initials accurate and ongoing assessments of physical and psychosocial problems of patient.
* Performs appropriate and age specific triage on all patients within 5 minutes of arrival to ED including chief complaint, v.s., time and signature.
* Assignment of level of triage as appropriate based on brief history and indicated vital signs. Performs and documents appropriate nursing history and physical admission on an ongoing basis.
* Performs and documents age specific basic physiological condition of the patient to include; mental status, skin signs, pain level and complaint specific information.
* Reflects psychosocial needs of the patient.
* Reflects perceptions of patient and/or significant others of his health problem(s) and his expectations of the present hospitalization.

Qualifications:

Required

* Graduate of an accredited RN program
* Minimum two years Acute Care Experience
* Registered Nurse: CA RN
* Basic Life Support - CPR BLS upon hire 
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS, within 90 Days
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support PALS, within 90 Days
