Your sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment will not only support patient recovery but also fuel your own career advancement. * Assesses patient's health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs * Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol * Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs * Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care * Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures * Provides patient and family education Qualifications: Required * Associate Of Nursing Associate's Degree in Nursing * Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and * Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and * Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months and * Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months Preferred * RN Experience
