Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

* Assesses patient's health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
* Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol
* Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs
* Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care
* Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures
* Provides patient and family education

Qualifications:

Required

* Associate Of Nursing Associate's Degree in Nursing
* Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and
* Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months and
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months

Preferred

* RN Experience
