One California Responsibilities: Position Summary: Responsible for the delivery of care of the pediatric, adult and geriatric patients through the deployment of the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards for professional nursing. #RN@DH As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Your sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment will not only support patient recovery but also fuel your own career advancement. * Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other practitioners as required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care. * Monitors medical condition of patients and reports changes to appropriate personnel. * Reports abnormal diagnostic data to physician/shift coordinator/supervisor as appropriate. * Demonstrates ability to perform technical nursing procedures/skills of patient care competently, seeking assistance when appropriate. * Implements patient histories, assesses patients' conditions, and develops individualized care plans for assigned patients. Documents on care plans as patient care evolves, including resolution of problems. * Assesses patient educational needs and barriers to learning. Implements multidisciplinary patient education care plan and documents patient teaching. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: * Graduate of BRN approved nursing program * 2 years of acute care experience. * Current California RN licensure in good standing * Current CPR and ACLS certification
