Overview: CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, part of CommonSpirit Heath, a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood, Colorado. Additional services offered within the system are: long-term care, assisted and residential living communities, community health services organizations, home health agencies, and numerous outpatient facilities. Responsibilities: As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Your sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment will not only support patient recovery but also fuel your own career advancement. * Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required. * Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term basis) * Assists director with department charge reconciliation. * Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN. * Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on the unit. Provides staff with real time feedback PRN. * Assists with payroll functions as needed. Qualifications: Required * Bachelors Of Nursing Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and 1 year of experience at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson * Registered Nurse: North Dakota, upon hire and * American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and * Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days and * Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 Days Preferred * Charge Nurse experience
