* Performs all duties and responsibilities inherent to Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse as required.
* Coordinates the unit schedule based on productivity (short-term & long-term basis)
* Assists director with department charge reconciliation.
* Completes investigation of incidents on the unit including assisting director with education and coaching PRN.
* Monitors performance and quality improvement projects on the unit. Provides staff with real time feedback PRN.
* Assists with payroll functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Required
* Bachelors Of Nursing Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and 1 year of experience at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson
* Registered Nurse: North Dakota, upon hire and
* American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days and
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 Days
Preferred
* Charge Nurse experience
