We are hiring for a RN Lead at Magic Valley Internal Medicine Clinics!
What You Can Expect:
In this role, you will support both our Internal Medicine Medical Plaza 2 and Internal Medicine Addison locations.
As the RN Lead, you will provide essential leadership and support to the clinical team while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. You'll collaborate closely with providers and practice managers, serving as a clinical resource and subject matter expert for clinical support.
You will help drive team performance by sharing timely updates, cascading clinical education, mentoring staff, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency. This position plays a key role in fostering staff engagement, implementing best practices, and promoting a culture of clinical excellence across both Internal Medicine sites.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
* Experience: 3 years' experience
* Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in the ambulatory/outpatient setting
Responsibilities:
The Lead Registered Nurse is responsible for providing technical/clinical support to one or more departments/sites.
* identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
* Responsible for ensuring patient care needs are met through effective management of staffing resources and operations.
* Assists or May be Responsible for scheduling, communication, and clinical decision making. Works with staff to promote resolution of conflicts and counsels staff when clinical practice standards are not met.
* Assists with budget planning and clinical needs assessments.
* Responsible for training or assignment of training.
* Manages care of patients.
* Documents care Based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/ or clinical priorities
* Advocates for evidence-Based practice care standards and Supports adoption of evidence-Based practices and innovations in care delivery.
* Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.
