CHI St. Alexius Health Garrison includes the services of a 22-bed critical access hospital, a 26-bed skilled nursing facility, an attached rural health clinic, and an Emergency Department that is available 24 hours a day. We offer many outpatient services, including physical therapy, radiology services, laboratory services, cardiac rehabilitation, and IV treatments. Since opening in 1952, CHI St. Alexius Health Garrison has been dedicated to serving the residents of Garrison and the surrounding rural communities. The hospital is equipped with 4 emergency rooms, on-site lab, radiology, CT and physical therapy services. Our patients have access to 24/7 emergency care, swing-bed program, and acute care services.

Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking to make a profound impact on patient care? We're looking for an RN to join our dedicated team, working under the direct supervision of our Director of Nursing.
In this vital role, you'll utilize your expertise to plan, oversee, and evaluate patient care through the entire nursing process. You'll uphold the highest standards of the State Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and our mission and philosophy, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our patients.
What You'll Do:
* Lead Patient Care: Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
* Assess & Evaluate: Conduct thorough nursing assessments, identify deviations from normal health status, and establish nursing diagnoses.
* Collaborate & Delegate: Work effectively within the multidisciplinary team, assigning and delegating components of nursing care to optimize delivery.
* Document & Educate: Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and patient responses, and actively participate in patient teaching.
* Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate mastery of unit skills, contribute to ongoing patient assessment, and report changes in status.
* Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team to provide holistic, high-quality care.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. Graduate Nurse (G. N.) must practice under the supervision of a registered nurse while the work authorization to practice is valid.
Experience: Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
