Under the supervision of our Director of Nursing, you'll be instrumental in shaping patient outcomes. You'll apply the full scope of the Nursing Process - assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation - ensuring comprehensive, high-quality care that aligns with state standards and our facility's mission.
As an RN at Garrison, You Will:
* Lead Patient Care: Actively participate in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
* Assess & Observe: Collect, record, and report crucial assessment data, identifying deviations from normal health status to inform nursing diagnoses.
* Collaborate & Delegate: Work seamlessly as a team member, effectively communicating patient status and delegating appropriate nursing care components to other healthcare team members.
* Document & Educate: Meticulously document nursing interventions and patient responses, and play a key role in patient teaching.
* Utilize Your Skills: Demonstrate expert knowledge and ability in performing unit skills.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. Graduate Nurse (G. N.) must practice under the supervision of a registered nurse while the work authorization to practice is valid.
Experience: Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
