Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care for same-day and short-stay acute care patients
* Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions throughout their stay
* Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and ancillary departments to support timely admissions, transfers, and discharges
* Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with clinical standards
* Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
* Support a collaborative, adaptable, and patient-focused team environment
Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification:
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
* BLS required; additional certifications as required by the unit (or ability to obtain upon hire)
