Overview:
$20,000 SIGNING BONUS AND UP TO $7,500 RELOCATION ASSISTANCE!
* Schedule: 36 hours (FT), M-F, 3 12 hour shifts, shift times will vary within a window of 5:30A-8P with occasional late days if a case is running over and scheduled on a 6 week time tract. Most shifts willl be 5:30A-6P. There are some call requirements and weekend call requirements. This will be discussed further upon interview.
* Department: PACU
* Location: Clemmons Medical Center, Clemmons, North Carolina
* Unit Info: 7 bays, recovering patients from colo rectal & ortho cases. Employee will be cross trained to preop, phase I and phase II recovery. Assisting with same day discharges as well.
* Requirements: Either pre/post, ED, ICU, or intermediate care experience strongly preferred for this position
Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
* Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification:
* Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
* ENPC, TNCC or CEN; preferred.
* NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire, required.
