We're a dynamic 19-bed unit providing both Intensive Care (ICU) and Progressive Care (PCU/Stepdown) services - with 5 beds in ICU and 14 in PCU/Stepdown. Our nurse-to-patient ratios are designed to support quality care and strong teamwork: 1:4 in PCU, 1:2 in ICU, and 1:1 for critical, intubated patients.

We're looking for a skilled, compassionate nurse who's ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Candidates must hold active ALS, BLS, and PALS certifications and bring a passion for delivering excellent patient care.

* Schedule: 7 pm - 7 am, Night Shift, Full-Time
* Department: Specialty Care Unit
* Location:  Brunswick Medical Center

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.  
* Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in their health journey.

* Deliver exceptional patient experiences in every dimension.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. 
* Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. 
* Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required. 
* One-year relevant experience, preferred.
